Known Problems
You can deactivate status query in ventrilo config. In that case HLSW cannot get any status information and the server is displayed as Timeout.
Before v2.3.0 status query is deactivated by default. In the ventrilo_srv.ini file you must set the Intf key to 0.0.0.0 to make hlsw show your server:
[Status] Intf=0.0.0.0
