Serverlist types

At Server list -> Properties... (Crtl+O) at Type: you can choose between a couple of different serverlist-types, which all have special features, which are explained here.

Normal Server List
This list is the standard serverlist, where you can add, save, delete and manage all your favourite gameservers. It can contain all kind of games mixed and sorted like you wish.
No servers in this list will be deleted or added new, if you don't delete it by yourself or enter an serveraddress in the ip:port area in the mainwindow.
In the server list bar at the main window a Normal Server List has black text color.
LAN Search Server List
This list is for LAN purposes only. Once the type is set, a new tab at the top of the server list properties will appear, where all LAN Server list settings can be made. By pressing the F6 Button in the main window all found servers will be listed.
In the server list bar at the main window a LAN Search Server List has red text color.
Gamers Search Server List
With this type of server list it is possible to always have a list of all servers matching your your criterias set in the Gamers Search Tab, which appears on top, when this type has been choosen. On Updating this server list with F6 all server found by the gamers search web service will be downloaded and listed here.

Web Server List
With this type of server list it is possible to publish a dynamic serverlist and keep it up to date even without downloading a server list file on every list update. A simple
SSLF Server list file stored on a webserver, can be linked directly in HLSW, so if the server list on the web server gets new content, the server list in hlsw will update it automatically on the set update interval.
On this page you can find a couple of available webserverlists in the internet.
In the server list bar at the main window a Web Server List has yellow text color.
