HLSW displays the location of a game server in the server details and in the server list.
The location information are retrieved from HLSW Master Server. The database is generated from Ripe and Arin. It is updated daily.
All HLSW clients cache their location information for about one week. It is stored in the file ipspace.dat in the HLSW installation directory. You can clear the cache by deleting this file when HLSW is closed.
Since HLSW v1.2 it is also possible to clear the cache in HLSW (File -> Advanced -> Clear provider cache).
