Ptahhotep's Team Balancer

Ptahhotep's Team Balancer (PTB) balances the team based on team scores. E.g. if the CT team scores 4 rounds in a row, PTB will try to swap one player from each team to try even the teams.

This is a AMX Mod or AMX Mod X addon.
