What is Metamod?
Metamod is a plugin for Counter Strike, and Counter Strike Source that allows for a very versatile and easy to implement control over player and the server. Metamod can be used for programming your own plugin, or running a Metamod plugin. The installation is simple, and more information can be found at the metamod website.
