Gamers-Search Serverlist

In HLSW it is possible to search gameservers all around the world that match your specific search paramters. With the Gamers-Search Serverlists it is no problem to find the game you are looking for. This tutorial shows you how to set up such a list.

Step 1
First lets set up a new serverlist which we will use to edit the search parameters for, so with HLSW launched click Server list at the top and then new....
Step 2
In the file name field type the name the file should have, where the serverlist is saved to.
In the Name: field type the serverlist-name, which is shown first in the HLSW serverlist-bar.
For this guide, we call the file name "gamerssearch" and the name of the server list should be "HLSW Gamers Search Server List".
Step 3
Now the new serverlist is available between the other existing server lists in the server list bar. Make sure that the serverlist is selected before you go one with step number 3.
The following table shows which color stands for which serverlist type:

Step 4
Now check the server list properties which can be found by pressing Ctrl+O or by clicking
on Server list at the top again and then Properties... on the menu bottom.
This will lead you to the following screen:
At the top you can see two tabs named Main and Filter, underneath the tabs you can see Server list name, file location of the list and the amount of servers in that list.
Ignore these and look below them to see Type. Underneath type are four options (they set the type of the server list, as mentioned above in the table) available. Check the third option to choose Gamers Search Server List.
Step 5
On clicking this you see at the top that a third tab has appeared named Gamers Search, click this tab.
The new tabs content should explain itself, just choose from the drop down menus.
Game > (your choice), Mod > (your choice), Map > (your choice), Country > (your choice) and so on...
Step 6
When you have chosen your parameters, click apply, then ok at the bottom, this will bring you back to the main screen.
Now the serverlist color should have switched to green, cause now it's a Gamers Search Server List.
Step 7
Back at the main screen click the 
button or hit F6 to update the server list for the parameters you just set.
Step 8
Now the serverlist should be filled with all servers matching your chosen criteria.
