Rcon Console
Here you can see changes like the servervariables or connecting players in realtime. The console shows different changes in different colors automatically.
Rcon Console Colors (Background, Textcolor)
| black, white | Manual Rcon commands: Any Rcon-command, which are sent from the Rcon-console or Chat-console. |
| white, black | Regular server answers on made Rcon-commands. |
| white, red | Send errors or from server sent errors. |
| light blue, black | Logmessages, which are sent from the server caused by a executed Rcon-command. For example you will receive these log-messages, if you use the "changelevel xxx" command. |
| blackyellow, white | Automatical Rcon-commands: All Rcon-commands, which are sent from intern HLSW, without using the Rcon-console or Chat-console. |
| whiteyellow, black | The server answer on automatic Rcon-commands. |
| blue, black | Logmessages, received from the server. |
| green, black | Rcon-feedback: If you have diverted the Log, and used a Rcon-command at the console, then you will receive a Log-Message, that this Rcon-command was sent. These following Log-Messages are called "Rcon-feedback". |
On the left side of the console, there are six small buttons, where you can define some view-options for the server log shown there:
- C Button: converts the console into a smaller style
- * Button: hides the Rcon password, if its shown in the log
- F Button: Hides Rcon-feedbacks
- D Button: Shows the actual time of any row
- E Button: fades out empty rows
- A Button: Hides messages, which are not entered manually by a User into the Rcon-console
By clicking the right mousebutton, you can search for words in the whole log, or copy passages or the whole log into another application.
